As both a mother and a teacher with experience in childcare, kindergarten, primary, and tertiary education, I have always been passionate about inclusive education. In addition to my Education degree and early childhood qualification I also have a postgraduate degree in Autism.
As a mother I have (and still am) raising three children ranging from 3 to 17 years old who are on the autism spectrum disorder (ASD). My experience has taught me that every child is unique and requires individualised attention to thrive.
I am excited to bring my expertise to a NDIS key worker role. As a key worker, I am committed to providing the best possible care for individuals with disabilities. My experience as a teacher has taught me how to create an inclusive environment that fosters growth and development. I believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and I am dedicated to helping them achieve their goals.
I am passionate about working with individuals with ASD (and other diverse needs) and have extensive experience in this area. I understand the challenges that come with ASD and am committed to providing the best possible care. I believe that early intervention is crucial for children with ASD, and I am committed to providing support for them during this critical time.
As we develop and grow, our company Key Transitions will grow and add more expertise and opportunities for everyone.
Thank you for considering Key Transitions for your NDIS key worker role. I look forward to working with you!
Best wishes
Rachael
